A fitness tracker that reads recovery, not just steps.

Kinetiq samples heart rate and HRV continuously — not every five minutes — and rebuilds your training plan every morning from what your body actually did overnight. Twenty-one days on a single charge.

Early access opens to the first 5,000 signups. No card required.

What it does

Four things, done properly.

Most trackers add features. We cut everything that did not survive validation against lab equipment.

Continuous HR & HRV

A six-channel optical array samples once per second, day and night, instead of the sparse spot checks most wearables fall back on to save power. HRV is computed from real RR intervals, not interpolated averages.

Real sleep architecture

Kinetiq separates light, deep and REM using movement, temperature and cardiac signals together — and tells you when it is unsure, rather than inventing a confident-looking chart.

Adaptive training plans

Your plan is regenerated every morning from last night's recovery, not from a template you picked in week one. Poor sleep moves the interval session; a strong week pulls it forward.

Three weeks per charge

A low-power co-processor keeps the sensors running while the main SoC sleeps. Twenty-one days of continuous sensing, and a full charge in fifty minutes on the magnetic puck.

How it works

Wear it, sleep in it, follow the morning card.

No dashboards to configure and no weekly setup ritual. The band does the interpretation.

Sensors run continuously

Optical HR, skin temperature, a three-axis IMU and a barometer sample around the clock — including the hours most bands power down to protect their battery.

The night is scored

By the time you wake, Kinetiq has already scored sleep architecture, resting heart rate drift and overnight HRV against your own fourteen-day baseline.

The plan adjusts itself

One card each morning: what to train, how hard, and why. If recovery is down, the session is swapped rather than silently marked as failed.

“We tested it against a chest strap and a lab polysomnograph for eleven weeks. Where the numbers disagreed, we shipped the disagreement instead of hiding it — that turned out to be the whole product.”
